  • Monitor customer accounts fornon-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities and takeappropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof accounts receivable transactions andupdates.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivablestatus and aging to management on a regularbasis.
  • Collaborate with other departments, suchas sales and customer service, to resolve customer inquiries ordisputes related to billing.
  • Assist withmonth-end and year-end closing activities related to accountsreceivable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience workingin accounts receivable or a similarrole.
  • Strong understanding of accountingprinciples and practices.
  • Proficiency inaccounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Priorexperience in a fast-paced environment ispreferred.
