  • Ensure that the relevant support to aday's transactions are complete and have been verifiedfor the Finance Manager's Finance's approval.
  • Assist the Financial Accountant in all stagesleading to the preparation of all monthly financial reporting andanalysis.
  • Assists in compiling budgets andforecasts and to aid Heads of Departments by providing historicaldata or support details.
  • Set guidelines anddeadline dates for each employee's monthly work in orderto ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Ensurethat an organized, up-to date filing system is maintained for allpertinent financial records.
  • Handle allproblems of the accounting office with the exception of those whichhave to be referred to the Director of Finance/FinanceManager
  • Manage the duties and responsibilitiesof the accounting employees and supervise the preparation of allmonthly financial reporting andanalysis
  • Organize the accounting office inconjunction with the Finance ManagerFinance.
  • Distribute work to employees on anequitable basis.
  • Schedule and introduceflexible job functions through jobrotation.
  • Ensure that all employees dounderstand fully and adhere to the property's employeerules and regulations, as well as to the property'spolicies relating to fire, safety andhealth.

Aboutyou:

The ideal candidate forthis position will have the following experience andqualifications:

  • Degree inFinance & Accounting / Commerce / Mathematics / Economics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Finance &Accounting administration processes and policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,capable of collaborating with various departments and stakeholderswithin a luxury 5-star hotelenvironment.
