Business Development Manager

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; developing and executing sales strategies to promote contact center solutions and coordinating business generation activities.Building business relationships with current and potential clients.Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.Breaking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes.Coordinating with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.Ensuring that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.Helping prepare budgets.Analyzing risks and opportunities.Overseeing project procurement management.Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Excellent communication and written skills.Experience in selling IT software solutions and services in the Middle East.
