Communication /Collaboration
Train and serve as a resource tointernal and external stakeholders, including sales, on-boarding,and support teams on assigned products with respect to newproducts, new features, target markets, andcompetition.
Support sales and marketing tocreate presentations and demonstrations, and by serving as a'sales engineer' or expert for significantopportunities.
Collaborate with productmarketing to align product goals and direction with marketingstrategies.
Support and review the marketinglaunch plan and outbound communication (e.g., data sheets, website,partner kits, sales tools and training) for product and servicebundles / offerings.
Work with marketing andsales on campaigns to stimulate product growth in specific regionsand market sectors.
Work with channelorganisation on product setup on portal, pricing and announcementsto partners and active test deliverychannel.
Leadership & Other Duties asAssigned
Act as a leader within the company,using holistic program(s) perspective to encourage good businessdecisions across all business units.
Establishthought leadership in the assigned product space both internallyand with external audiences.

Qualifications
Educationand Experience:
Minimum ofthree to five years' experience as a ProductManager
2-3 years' experience takinga product from inception to market, including market opportunity,launch, maint., financial performance, andretirement.
Bachelor's degree inbusiness, Marketing, Information Systems orequivalent
Microsoft Office Specialistcertification highly preferred
IT SpecialistCertification preferred
Skills,Knowledge AndAbilities
Experience in Careerand Technical Education. Understanding of local, State and Federalpolicies and procedures regarding Career and TechnicalEducation
Demonstrated / documented successdefining or sourcing, launching and managing profitableproducts.
Demonstrated budgeting experienceand successful ownership of sales and revenue performance targetsfor assigned products.
Proven track record ofeffectively engaging the target market: prospective and existingcustomers, partners and otherstakeholders.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Intermediate to advancedMicrosoft Office application skills, particularly in Word, Exceland PowerPoint.
Demonstrated negotiation,collaboration and teamwork skills.
