KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and implementpolicies and procedures for the handling of insuranceclaims
Manage a team of claims adjusters andensure timely and accurate processing of claims
Review and approve claim settlements ensuring compliance withcompany policies and procedures
Investigate andresolve complex or highvalue claims
Monitorclaim trends and make recommendations for processimprovements
Maintain relationships withinsurance providers and negotiate claim settlements
Train and mentor claims staff on best practices andprocedures
Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and industry standards
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management
Collaborate with other departments to identify andmitigate potential risks
Stay updated onindustry developments and changes in insurance laws andregulations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a relatedfield
Minimum of 10 years of experience ininsurance claims management
CII certification orany relevant insurance degree or diploma
Strongknowledge of insurance policies and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and claims management software
Knowledgeof UAE insurance laws and regulations is preferred
Leadership and team management experience is aplus.
