1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the handling of insurance claims.

9. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
10. Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
11. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance claims management.
3. CII certification or any relevant insurance degree or diploma.
4. Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
9. Knowledge of UAE insurance laws and regulations is preferred.
10. Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
