Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Handle incoming communications, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the CEO as needed.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations and facilitate communication.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Personal Assistance:
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks as required, including scheduling personal appointments and managing travel arrangements.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
