The much-anticipated FinTech startuplaunches its feeder fund platform over the next few months alongwith its website and plans to release investor-facing mobile appsin thefuture.

Duties

INVESTORSUCCESS

  • Assist in ensuringseamless onboarding for investors and other users of the platform,providing the necessary materials and support throughout theironboarding and investment journey.
  • Support theInvestor Support function, which includes gathering KYC and otherdocuments directly from counterparts, collaborating with the fundadministrator, preparing subscription documents, and liaising withfinance.
  • Help to assist with the InvestorSupport function, which involves answering calls and emails andhandling queries. Participate in building and improving variousscripts to be able to respond to questions about Billions and thefunds available on the Billionsplatform.
  • Ensure Investors are always keptinformed as per our communication procedures.

EMAIL AUTOMATION, OUTREACH, ANDMARKETING CAMPAIGNS

  • Assistin operating the Billions email marketing system that engagescurrent and prospective users of theplatform.

CRMAND DOCUMENTS

  • Input andupdate data, and optimize workflows, in the Billions CRM forefficient data management, compliance, and interaction with othersystems and platforms.
  • Maintain variousdocument management tasks.

MARKETING MATERIALS, WEBSITE, ANDSOCIAL MEDIA

  • Contribute toupdating marketing materials, website content, and social mediaplatforms to boost brand visibility andengagement.
  • Complete other projects andparticipate in other departmental programs, asassigned.

Outstanding candidates for thisrole will possess the following skills, knowledge, andexperience:

  • Currentlyenrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's orMaster's program in Finance/Banking, BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Computer/Data Science, Economics, or arelated field.
  • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communicationskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment and contribute to a positive workculture.
  • Demonstrated interest in finance,investment, and/or technology.
  • Knowledge ofArabic language would be aplus.
