Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Pharmacist familiar with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) protocols. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a pharmacy setting. The Trainee Pharmacist will work under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, providing exceptional service to our patients while developing their skills and knowledge in pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist licensed pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations, including helping in dispensing medications and providing patient consultations.
2. Ensure compliance with DHA protocols and regulations in all pharmacy practices.
3. Learn to process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, including medication dosage and potential interactions.
4. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory management, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked.
5. Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and wellness practices.
6. Support pharmacists in conducting medication reviews and assessments.
7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
8. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
2. Familiarity with DHA protocols and pharmacy regulations in Dubai (previous experience or internship preferred).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
6. A genuine desire to learn and grow in the pharmaceutical field.
