As aConference Producer you are thecreative visionary behind our worldclass business events. Youllbring together influential industry leaders craft thoughtprovokingagendas and produce content that resonates globally. This is youropportunity to be a storyteller curating compelling topics andspeakers that capture attention and inspire action.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Speaker Curation & TopicDevelopment

  • Curate a stage lineup of influentialbusiness leaders keynote speakers and industry experts from aroundthe world.

  • Conduct extensiveresearch to identify trending valuable topics that captivateaudiences and drive viralengagement.

  • Collaborate withinternal teams to shape event themes and content strategies thatattract registrations and build engagedcommunities.

2. Content Creation & EventProduction

  • Develop engaging content for digitalinitiatives such as webinars virtual events newsletters and mainconference sessions.

  • Craftconference narratives that are compelling akin to a blockbustermovie featuring top industry leaders and visionaryspeakers.

  • Ensure the contentcreated is not only educational but also thoughtprovokingpositioning Trescon as a leader in cuttingedge industrydiscussions.

3. Product Development & EventLaunch

  • Drivethe creation of commercially viable products aligning with KPIs tobuild a strong and engaged clientcommunity.

  • Contribute toevent portfolio expansion by introducing new clients formats andtopics aligned with Trescons growth in areas such as AI BlockchainCybersecurity and more.

4. Event PortfolioStorytelling

  • Showcase the evolution of Tresconsevent portfolio highlighting new clients major achievements andemerging industryleadership.

  • Communicate thesuccess of our events to potential clients by crafting narrativesthat emphasize Trescons innovation and industryimpact.

5.Global Impact & Recognition

  • Imagine big: from world leaders toindustry superstars youll secure notable figures to speak ongroundbreaking and controversialtopics.
