This role willjoin the central team at Talabat responsible for elevating the baron the experience for our Partners starting from the time they getonboarded onto the platform. The team drives all Partner facingpolicies processes automation initiatives and engagements todeliver an accelerated and profitable growth for Talabat Partners.The output from the related workstreams is critical to Partnersatisfaction and retention on theplatform.

This rolewill be responsible for building upgrading and reviewing theimplementation and impact of all Partner facing SOPs and processes(such as order cancellation refund dispute etc.. The person willengage directly with multiple stakeholders across Sales ProductSupport Operations and regional Partner Growth team to raise thebar on Partner experience through theseefforts. 

Therole will require dealing with constantly evolving priorities andwork in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possessa blend of technical expertise industry experience and strongstakeholder management skills aligning with the organizationsgrowth strategy to foster effective partnerships and driveinnovation.
 

WhatsOn YourPlate

  • Streamlineour current Onboarding process to drive seamless launches andactivations with increased automation identifying opportunitiesacross teams to reduce process friction and increase funnelconversion and speed.

  • Designand launch new policies to support Partner pain points where suchpolicies do not exist. Align internal stakeholders to gain buyin tolaunch and scale theimplementation. 

  • Identifyand execute improvements to existing SOPs and processes based onfeedback from the market (Sales and Partners through NPS andSatisfaction surveys and Voice of Partner program). This shouldalso take into account constantly changing macro scenarios (e.g.legal requirements on onboardingdocuments).

  • Own internalmetrics (such as vNPS and AM vSAT) to reflect Partner satisfactionlevels pain points and offer improvementopportunities.

  • This rolewould also play a key role in managing churn and contribute toretention improvement on the platform for our longtail accountswhere maintaining good quality of support (policies and processdriven) is critical for theirgrowth. 

  • Workclosely with the central Product team to recommend improvements toPartner facing features (e.g. reporting on Portal). This shouldhelp reduce the volume of contacts and ensure we improve theselfserve capabilities for ourPartners.

  • Identifydatabacked insights to further our efforts on scalable initiativesacting as thought leader for the Partner Growth org on thisfront.

Qualifications:

  • 10years of program or project managementexperience.

  • Experience inleading medium sized strategy teams 34HC) 

  • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing economics or a related field; advanceddegreepreferred. 

  • Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills with a proven ability toinfluence and align crossfunctional teams and senior leadershiparound commercialobjectives. 

  • Experienceusing data and metrics to determine and drive processimprovements.

  • Experienceowning program strategy end to end delivery and communicatingresults to senior leadership is a musthave.

  • Demonstrated expertisein ontime delivery of project solutions with structured andorganized project documentation and excellent time managementcapabilities. 

  • Stronganalytical acumen with the ability to gather and interpret dataderive actionable insights and make datadriven decisions thatdirectly impact commercial outcomes. SQL knowledge is anadvantage.
