HR Coordinator

Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their existing team. You will support the full employee life cycle including employee relations and onboarding.
The Role
- Full 360 HR co-ordination support
- Support on boarding and induction
- Update HRIS systems
- Assistant with performance management
- Support with recruitment processes, reference checks and outstanding new hire documents.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Plan and implement 1-2-1 Development process
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required
- 3 to 6 years experience at HR Assistant or HR Co -Ordination level
- Role is based in office
