Scope ofWork:

JobDuties:

  • Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brandvisibility and drive leadgeneration.

  • Oversee thecreation of marketing materials including brochures presentationsadvertisements and digitalcontent.

  • Plan and implementmarketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital printevents).

  • Lead and mentorthe marketing and PR team ensuring alignment with organizationalgoals.

  • Manage budgets andresources efficiently to maximizeimpact.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Public Relations Business Administration or arelated field (MBApreferred).

Experience:

  • 57years of experience in marketing and PR with at least 3 years inthe real estate industry in theUAE.

OtherRequirements:

  • Strongunderstanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatoryenvironment.

  • Provenexpertise in digital marketing social media strategies andSEO.

  • Exceptionalcommunication presentation and negotiationskills.

  • Proficiency inEnglish is required; knowledge of Arabic is aplus.

  • Ability to work underpressure and meet tightdeadline
