We are currently lookingfor a highly skilled and motivated ExecutiveAssistant to join ourteam.

JobScope:

Providing highleveladministrative support to top management within the company.

Ensure the smooth operation of the executivesdaily activities and the overall efficiency of the office.

JobDuties:

  • Organize andprepare for meetings or specific events including setting agendasand taking minutes of meeting.
  • Managing theexecutives calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure timelyattendance.
  • Answer and screen phone callsdirecting inquiries and messagesappropriately.
  • Compose professionalcorrespondence (letters emails memos) based on clearinstructions.
  • Manage and prioritize emails toensure timely responses and follow up.
  • Actingas a point of contact between the executive and internal/externalstakeholders.
  • Organizing travel plans includingbooking flights accommodations andtransportation.
  • Preparing and editing reportspresentations and other documents.
  • Create andmaintain accurate and organized electronic and paper filingsystems
  • Overseeing office supplies andequipment.
  • Assisting with special projects orother duties as required frommanagement.
  • Handling sensitive information withutmost confidentiality andprofessionalism.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration or a relatedfield.

Experience:

  • Minimum3 to 5 years proven experience in administrative assistance rolesis typically required from the Real Estate Development /Constructions sectores with experience supporting senior managementbeing highlyvalued.

OtherRequirements:

  • Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability toprioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication abilities in English andArabic.
  • Professionalism in interacting withclients colleagues and seniormanagement.
  • Proficiency in office software suchas Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with scheduling toolsand project management software.
  • Ability toanticipate and address issuesproactively.
