Responsibilities AndImpact

This position requires aflexible individual who is analytical and possesses strongcommunication skills. The position involves dealing with variouslevels of management, both internal to S&P Global as wellas external clients to the firm. The successful candidate must beorganized, capable of addressing inquiries on time, and alsopossess acute problem-solving skills.

  • Lead and motivate the team togenerate new ideas and createefficiencies
  • Create weekly dashboards to reviewand track progress on the team'smetrics
  • Provide in-depth analysis to managementwhere the team fell short on internal/external SLA's,along with proposed remediation plans to correct goingforward
  • Organize, construct and present keyperformance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI) tomanagement and senior management as the overall teamowner
  • Monitor FreshDesk (mail flow system)response times across the team to ensure client obligations arebeing met on time
  • Audit emails with attachmentsto ensure the correct recipient to eliminate databreaches
  • Keep track of Integration Utility(internal software system) daily to make sure assets are subscribedand updated to help prevent delays inprocessing
  • Conduct weekly meetings with theteam to share knowledge and createaccountability
  • Provide detailed processingguidance to others on the team to help support analyticaldevelopment
  • Support team members with clientcalls and provide feedback on how to improve and build clientrelationships
  • Represent their team in theinternal Ideas Committee board, collecting product and processimprovements from all team members; help prioritize enhancements tobe in line with WSO Product Board roadmap and overall teamstrategy

Compensation/BenefitsInformation

S&P Globalstates that the anticipated base salary range for this position is$ 61,846.00 to $110,130.25. Final base salary for this role will bebased on the individual's geographic location, as well asexperience level, skill set, training, licenses andcertifications.

In addition to basecompensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentiveplan.

  • BA or BS or equivalentexperience
  • Accounting / Finance Majorpreferred
  • WSO/LoanIQ/Syndicated Loan experiencebetween 2-5 years

  • WSO loans processingknowledge
  • Leadership experience between 2– 10 years
