Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's policies and working procedures.
  • Maintain total bikes & SIM inventories & total bikes management.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process.
  • Ensure completion of paperwork and follow all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
  • Assist new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms and benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees onboarding to fleets.
  • Mandatory to have advanced computer knowledge for daily tasks.
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
