We are currently seekingexperienced off plan property consultants to join the growing teamat Hassi Properties. The ideal candidate will have previous Dubaibased experience either within Brokerage or working directly with aDeveloper. Selected candidates will be able to demonstrate anindepth knowledge of Developers and Projects across theUAE.

The chosen candidate must be amotivated professional and presentable with the ability to meetwith clients and pitch potential properties andprojects.

Successful candidates willbe expected to qualify leads generated through our marketingcampaigns as well as utilising their existingconnections.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Achieveindividual monthly targets as set bymanagement
  • Have an indepth knowledgeof UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potentialbuyers
  • Qualify leads and datamanagement using the companyCRM
  • Advise Clients in the process ofbuying through a developer guiding them in finding the best optionsas per their requirements
  • Assist innegotiations between buyers anddevelopers
  • Develop and maintainrelationships across differentdevelopers
  • Keep up to date withmarket trends and bestpractices
  • Continually network andidentify business opportunities including attending real estateexhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and nationalproperty market information andlaws
  • Abide by RERAstandards
  • Ensure punctual attendancefor all internal and external businesscommitments
  • Perform duties to a highprofessional and ethicalstandard
  • Maintain a highprofessional profile at alltimes
  • Build excellent workingrelationships with clients and colleaguesalike
  • Present to potential clientsand advise them on investmentopportunities
  • Build and maintainrelationships with new and existingclients
  • Identify creative &innovative marketing initiatives to generate newbusiness
  • Fully understand relevantlegislation and procedures in the local market with respect to thepurchase and sale of aproperty
  • Actively maintain thecompany s databases and property portals uploading all data onclient information updates and details of viewings arrangedetc.
  • To have an understanding oflocal process and administration of completing a propertypurchase.


Requirements

SkillsKnowledge andExperience

  • Educatedto college or degree level (orequivalent)
  • Minimum 1 years salesexperience within the Dubaimarket
  • RERAlicense
  • Must hold a UAE driver slicense with own car
  • Strongnegotiation and sellingskills
  • Confident in presentationdelivery
  • Proven record of achievingsales targets
  • Good organisationalskills
  • Excellent communicationskills written and spoken
  • Teamplayer
  • Willing to work flexibly toprovide best service to the clients (weekends asrequired)
  • Excellent command of theEnglish language both written andverbal
  • Must have ownVISA
