The ideal candidate must have strongorganizational skills excellent communication and proficiency incomputerusage.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ManageAppointments & Schedule:Organize meetings calendar appointments and personalschedulesefficiently.
  • Phone& Email Handling: Answerphone calls make necessary appointments and respond to emails usingGmail.
  • Documentation& Correspondence: Draftproofread and manage documents ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality.
  • TravelArrangements: Make necessarytravel bookings including flights andaccommodation.
  • Errands& Personal Assistance:Run errands and assist with personal tasks as neededby theexecutive.

Qualifications&Skills:

  • ComputerSkills: Proficient in MS Officeand Gmail. Typing speed of 35 words perminute.
  • PhoneSkills: Ability to manage phonecalls professionally andefficiently.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
  • TimeManagement: Strong ability tomanage multiple tasks prioritize efficiently and meetdeadlines.
  • Discretion:Handle sensitive and confidential information with theutmostprofessionalism.

WorkingConditions:

  • Flexiblefulltime position.
  • Occasionalovertime or weekend work asneeded.
