    • Changingbandages or dressing wounds, observing for signs of infection, andfollowing specific wound careprocedures.
    • Assisting with the care of surgicalsites or chronic wounds like pressureulcers.
  5. ProvidingPatientEducation

    • Educatingpatients about their health conditions, prescribed treatments, andself-care routines.
    • Giving guidance on how tomanage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, orasthma.
  6. Documentationand RecordKeeping

    • Keepingaccurate and up-to-date records of patient care, vital signs,medications, and any changes incondition.
    • Documenting nursing interventionsand communicating them to other teammembers.
  7. Collaboratingwith HealthcareTeams
