Our proprietary payroll and HRM SaaS products HRBlizz and Mesaar are selfservice tools packed with builtinfeatures. Tasks

JobPurpose:

Providesoutsourced payroll services to the clients. Manage new accountsassigned to him/her with all aspects of the service delivery tothese clients. Acts as the primary pointofcontact (POC) for Mercansand assigned clients during the operational service deliveryprocess:

JobDuties:

1. Organization:

• Manages/balanceshis/her own workload to ensure accurate and timely servicedelivery.
• Makesrecommendation to the management on ways to improve the efficiencyand quality of the servicedelivery.
• Preparesperiodic reports to the management with respect to any operationalissues encountered and identifies issues that require managementactions.
• Ensuresthat his/her clients are invoiced in accordance with the applicableservice agreements and on a timelybasis.

1. AccountManagement:

• Responsiblefor all aspects of service delivery to the accounts assignedincluding the accuracy and timeliness of the servicesdelivery.
• Acts asthe POC for assigned account for any operational or servicedeliveryissues.
• Ensuresthat services are delivered to the clients in accordance with theStandard Services Definition and/or servicecontract.
• Ensuresthat assigned clients service delivery issues are addressedpromptly while maintaining high levels of clientsatisfaction.
• Constantlymonitors clients satisfaction rate through personal contact andemailanalysis.
• Escalateany account management related issues to the appropriate Mercansmanagement teammember.
• Participateson regular account managementrelated meetings/conference calls withtheClients.
• Ensuresthat any issues that require input or support from other employeesof Mercans are communicated promptly and clearly to the relevantemployees and follows up with the respective employees to ensurethat the raised requests are addressed within an agreedupontimeframe.
• Makesrecommendations to the management for the improvement of clientsretention rate and service deliveryquality.
• Answerrecurring calls with managers providing visibility into issues andadvising on improvements to compliance processes.

1. ServiceDeliveryQuality:

• Ensuresthat payrolls are processed and services are delivered accuratelyand promptly for all assignedclients.
• Ensuresthat accounts are kept up to date with any legislative changes thatmay occur. Likewise it ensures that processes are improved in termsof automation ifnecessary.
• Ensuresthat all statutory registrations and declarations (e.g. income taxand social security declarations starters and leavers registrationforms etc.) are completed and submitted to the respectiveauthorities ontime.
• Identifiesany service delivery issues that need to be escalated to themanagement and/orclients.
• Monitorsthe compliance with Mercans internalSOPs.
• Ensures thatservices are delivered to assigned clients in accordance with theservice delivery standards that exceed the key performanceindicators established by Mercans for its Tier 1 partners under thePartner ExcellenceProgram.
• Ensurescompliance with the applicable payroll related statutory rules andregulations (i.e. income tax social security etc.) and labor lawrequirements by studying existing and new legislations andenforcing adherence to theirrequirements.
• Ensuresthat Mercans internal SOPs and statutory regulations summaries arecontinuously updated and reflect the latestregulations.
• Familiarizesitself with the policies and procedures of Mercans e.g. StandardScope Definition Account Implementation Checklist StatutoryRegulations Summariesetc.
• Maintainscustomer confidence and protects operations by keeping informationconfidential.
• Maintainsprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks; and participating in professionalsocieties.

• 5 years of experiencein the global payrollindustry.

• Mustbe able to complete endtoend payroll calculations for globalclients for multiple countries throughExcel.
• Bachelorsdegree in accounting/finance/business. administration or relateddiscipline.
• StrongUnderstanding of payrollrelated statutory filings and being able tovalidate the accuracy of thefilings.
• Must havean expert understanding of country specific payroll regulations andpayrollrelatedprocesses.
• Musthave good communicationskills.
• Must be beable to work in a client facing role.

#SMART PerformanceGoals for SeniorConsultant:

Handlewith 5 payroll clients or take at least 500employee payrolls livein the next 12 months. If the system automation and regulation isin place the HC can be increased to1000.

Make sure thatthere is no major client escalations related to the payroll outputsand data accuracy in the next 12months.

Ensure thatmonthly SLA with accuracy and timeline can be met above 98% oftargetrate.

Implement atleast 2 improvements in the current results validation processes inthe next 6months

Propose atleast 3 process improvement or system enhancement ideas to linemanager in the next 12months.

To enhancethe senior capability at least to have 3 countries knowledge fromregulation / policy /statutory which can make the payrolltransition smoothly from implementation to BAU across the differentdepartment andregion.
