Roles and responsibilities

JOBPROFILE

  • Engage in the ongoing and newprojects development. Provide solution designs, develop systemusing best practices
  • and recommend technicalenhancements. Proactively architect the solutions and developaccordingly.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES & Deliverables

  • Understand the businessrequirements.
  • Develop solution designs andrelevant Salesforce development.
  • FollowSalesforce standards and best practices for the configurations anddevelopment.
  • Develop code coverage and testclasses.
  • Communicate with relevant businessteams.

Required Knowledge AndSkills

  • Hands on experience in Salesforceadministration, development (Apex, Visualforce, JS) is amust.
  • Hands on experience in Salesforceintegration with external applications (preferablySAP).
  • At least Salesforce PD1/Developer andSalesforce Administrator certification is mandatory. PD2certification will be preferred.
  • Must be ableto translate functional requirements into technicalrequirements
  • Design and build high-performance,reusable, and reliable Apex code with bestpractices
  • Take ownership of project work anddeveloping client relationships (should be a confidentself-starter)
  • Must have good communicationskills to interact with business users.
  • Musthave 8+ years of experience in Force.comdevelopment.
  • 3+ years of client facing/onsiteexperience. UAE market experiencepreferred.
  • Candidate should be confident enoughto communicate directly with the end user/customer withoutsupervision.
  • Following modules hands-onexperience preferred. Sales Cloud, Lightning Migration, MarketingCloud, Service Cloud, Payment Gateway, Customer Community &Partner Community.
  • Dedicatedly work with and beavailable during the working hours forcoordination.

    • CustomizeSalesforce applications and functionalities to meet the specificneeds of the business using tools likeApex,Visualforce, andLightningComponents.
    • Configure Salesforcefeatures, including objects,fields, pagelayouts, and recordtypes to align with businessprocesses.

  • ApexDevelopment:

    • Writecustom code using Apex(Salesforce's programming language) to develop businesslogic, triggers, and customfunctionality.
    • Implement Apextriggers to automate tasks such as data updates,validation, and integration with externalsystems.

  • VisualforcePages:

    • DevelopVisualforce pages to provide customuser interfaces for users withinSalesforce.
    • Customize page layouts and UIelements to enhance user experience (UX) and meet specific businessneeds.

  • LightningWeb Components(LWC):

    • CreateLightning Web Components (LWC) tobuild dynamic and responsive user interfaces on the Salesforceplatform.
    • LeverageJavaScript,HTML, andCSS in combination with SalesforceLightning technology to build modern UIcomponents.

  • Automationand ProcessBuilders:

    • UseSalesforce's declarative tools like FlowBuilder, ProcessBuilder, and WorkflowRules to automate businessprocesses.
    • Design and implement automation thattriggers on specific conditions, like updating records, sendingnotifications, or creatingtasks.

  • Integration:

    • IntegrateSalesforce with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketingplatforms, external databases) using REST or SOAPAPIs.
    • Ensure seamless data flow andcommunication between Salesforce and othersystems.

  • Testingand Debugging:

    • Writetest classes to ensure that Apex code functions correctly andadheres to Salesforce's testing requirements (minimum of75% code coverage for deployment).
    • Usedebugging tools in Salesforce (e.g., Apex DebugLogs, DeveloperConsole) to troubleshoot and resolveissues.

  • DataManagement:

    • Import,export, and manage data in Salesforce using DataLoader, Data ImportWizard, or customscripts.
    • Cleanse, manipulate, and migrate datainto Salesforce to ensure its accuracy andconsistency.
