Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality enterprise application solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing application strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise application strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate new enterprise applications.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the application development process.
  4. Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  5. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise application management, preferably with a focus on SAP or Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise application projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
