JobDescription:

  • Developand execute sales strategies to promote HR consultancy servicesincluding recruitment employee outsourcing training and payrollmanagement.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to ensure longtermpartnerships.
  • Identify new businessopportunities by analyzing market trends and clientneeds.
  • Prepare and present proposals topotential clients ensuring alignment with their businessobjectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams todeliver customized HR solutions and ensure clientsatisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly andquarterly sales targets.
  • Provide marketinsights to the management team to refine service offerings andstrategies.

Qualifications andSkills:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield
  • 23 years of experience in B2B salespreferably in HR consultancy or related industries inUAE
  • Strong communication and negotiationskills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintainprofessional relationships.
  • Valid UAE drivinglicense is required.
