Working as a projectmanager of multiple Lift projects you will be part of a small teamof EMEA based project managers, collaboration with your peers andthe leadership team will be critical to help define and shape yoursuccess.

On a day to day bases you will lead anumber of concurrent deliveries, to grow a cloud business forOracle. Typical Lift projects include DB or applications move tocloud, reporting, autonomous, machine learning, ytics, highperformance computing projects.

You will befocused on customer success and consumption generation. You willhave the gravitas to engage with senior leaders and discussdelivery and business challenges. You will be supported by anoffshore or near shore team of dee

Responsibilities

Whatdoes a Lift delivery looklike?

With opportunitiesprovided by our cloud sales organisation, the implementation teamwill engage with the customer to 'unpack' thebusiness challenge (for example ytics) and the presales for anarchitectural scope. Our Lift offshore team will define a deliveryplan that you will align with the customer'sexpectations. It is likely you will have already been engaged andbuilt a relationship with the customer during the sales cycle. Oncesales agree the contract, you will manage resources and ensure theydeliver a short sharp delivery experience for our customers inapproximately 50days.

  • Bringentrepreneurial & innovative flare, with the tenacity todevelop and prove delivery ideas independently, then share these asexamples to improve the efficient of the delivery of thesesolutions across EMEA.
  • Experience of rapidlydeploying cloud solutions into business environments: Database,applications, reporting &ytics.
  • Orchestration of project delivery teamsto deliver successfully into customers, large andsmall.
  • Working effectively across internal,external, culturally diverse, lines of business to define anddeliver customer success.
  • Previous experienceworking with Cloud products

Must be able todemonstrate.

  • Orchestrate delivery acrossbusinesses by communicating, liaising, and negotiating usingappropriate ods to ensure efficient projectdelivery.
  • Ability to take accountability fordelivery scope.
  • Manage internal and externalstakeholder expectations andescalations.
  • Present to external customerstakeholders and lead delivery team meetings.
