The successful candidate will define the portfolio strategy, ensuring that projects within the portfolio contribute to the bank's strategic objectives. They will coordinate the planning and execution of multiple programs and projects, managing cross-functional teams and resources.

A key focus area will be monitoring and tracking portfolio performance, providing timely reports on status, risks, and risk mitigation plans. Additionally, the individual will implement and manage portfolio governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication of portfolio value and alignment with business strategy. Regular portfolio reviews will be conducted to adjust strategies as necessary, driving successful outcomes.

Skill requirements include:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in program portfolio and project management, preferably in banking and/or financial services industries;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project portfolio management role, preferably in banking and/or financial services industries;
  • A Bachelor's Degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or similar business areas; a Master's Degree is preferred.
