Skills AndQualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of F&Bleadership role experience within a luxury hotel environment orhigh-end independent restaurant. A hotel pre-opening experience andMiddle East experience is an advantage.
  • With aSenior High School Diploma or equivalent. An advantage is avocational Diploma in Hospitality and/or a bachelor'sdegree in hospitality/Hotel/BusinessManagement.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and adeep understanding of its traditions, techniques andingredients
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withguests, colleagues, and stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Detail oriented, with exceptionalorganizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizein a fast-paced environment.
  • With a proventrack record of delivering memorable guest experience and resolvingissues effectively
  • Strong leadership skillswith the ability to motivate, coach and develop a diverseteam
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills in English and Italian; Arabic or other languages arepreferred.
