  • Documentingall campaign plans and activities and creating postcampaign resultdocuments with corrective or next steps for newcampaigns;

  • Workingwith manager to plan campaigns which are aligned with the annualcalendar;

  • Presentingresults of recent campaigns in weekly/monthly meetings withrelevant departments within thebusiness;

  • Constantlytrack trends Flag new ones and come up with relevant marketingcampaignideas;

  • Constantlytracking and reporting costs marketing spend andbudgets. 

  • Briefingplanning and supporting on groundactivations.

  • Developand implement comprehensive 360degree marketing campaigns acrossmultiple channels including OOH digital social media print andevents.

  • Conductindepth market research analyze industry trends and identify newopportunities for campaign initiation optimization and customertargeting.

  • Constantlytrack competitors activities product andcampaigns.

  • Utilizeadvanced analytics to measure campaign performance deriveactionable insights and continuously optimize campaigns for maximumimpact.

  • Overcomechallenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaigneffectiveness reach target audiences and drive desiredoutcomes.

  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including brand creative CRM content anddigital marketing to ensure seamless execution and consistencyacross allchannels.

  • Planand manage the campaign budget ensuring effective allocation andoptimization ofresources.

  • Monitorand analyze key campaign metrics providing regular reports andrecommendations tostakeholders.

  • Fosterstrong relationships with internal stakeholders external partnersand agencies to drive successful collaboration and campaigndelivery.

  • Stayuptodate with industry best practices emerging marketing trends andinnovative technologies to drive continuous improvement andinnovation within theteam.

  • Actas a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members fostering aculture of collaboration learning andgrowth.

  • ConstantAnalysis on restaurants/customers trends performance build plansaccordingly and execute those plans across all channels in allUAE.

  • Allfinancial administration process execution planning maintenance andtracking.

  • AllVouchers administration process execution planning maintenance andtracking.

  • Beingthe main point of contact for account managers requests marketinglead andescalation.

  • Lookingat the bigger picture of growth and prioritizing requests based onreturn oninvestment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 5 years of relevant experience in growth marketing and campaignmanagement preferably in ecommerce F&B aggregator or techcompany.

  • Expertisein understanding the marketing mix and campaignmanagement.

  • Strongproject management and analyticalskills.

  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.

  • Strongin analysis and a very numbersorientedperson.

  • Comfortableworking in a challengingenvironment. 

  • Fluentin English (Arabic is aplus)
