You will develop and implement sales strategies tailored specifically for the bakery and pastry category to meet and exceed sales targets.We expect you to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within the bakery and pastry sector.You shall conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the bakery and pastry industry.You will collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute promotional activities and campaigns tailored for the bakery and pastry products.We expect you to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for the bakery and pastry category, adjusting as necessary to changing market conditions.You shall work closely with the product development team to suggest improvements or new products based on customer feedback and market demand in the bakery and pastry segment.You will ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards specific to the food industry, particularly those relevant to the bakery and pastry category.We expect you to monitor competitor activity within the bakery and pastry market, providing insights and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

You must possess a deep understanding of the bakery and pastry market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to effectively drive sales strategies.You should have proven skills in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and partners within the bakery and pastry sector.You need to demonstrate the ability to create innovative sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our product lineup to potential clients.You are expected to lead and collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored specifically for the bakery and pastry category.You will coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, managing inventory levels efficiently to meet customer demand without surplus.You must be capable of analyzing sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth or areas requiring improvement, adjusting tactics accordingly.You should exhibit excellence in negotiation techniques to secure profitable contracts and deals, ensuring long-term success and sustainability for our bakery and pastry segment.You are responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
