Assistant Manager Marketing

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing -F&B, you will assist the Manager, Marketing - F&B,manage all marketing activity relating to Food & Beverageand other resort projects on a need basis. You will work with theFood & Beverage operations team closely to providemarketing support whilst still maintaining brand positioning, andassist in developing highly effective marketing strategies tomarket Atlantis Dubai restaurants and other activity in line withguidance from the Marketing Manager and Director, and helpimplement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting revenuetargets using all channels. You will also support the social mediateam and optimise outlets' pages within each platform toincrease the visibility of company's social content, andwork collaboratively with internal stakeholders (CRM, Digital,social media etc.…) to set, define and execute promotionactivities across the hotel.
You will alsoensure brand standards and identity, develop dining promotions andthird-party initiatives, manage hotel collateral creation adheringto brand standard, and manage internal photoshoots for restaurantsand food.
AboutYou
The successful candidatemust be passionate about Food & Beverage marketing and havea minimum of 2 years' experience in this field, havestrong project management and organisational skills, and haveexcellent writing and presentation skills. You must be familiarwith the Food & Beverage industry in Dubai and the UAE andunderstand the current trends. You will have experience within afast-paced working environment and be able to work under pressurewith tight deadlines and be a creative self-starter and groupleader who takes initiative, and not discouraged by challenges,setbacks, and change.
You will also haveexcellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have goodstakeholder management, and have strong project management andorganisation skills to enable completion of multiple projects atonce. Strong technical skills are essential, using Microsoft Officeand Excel, and a degree in marketing is preferred, though notessential.
