  • Monitors andmanages the entrance onto the property of all personnel andrestricts access to those unauthorized to do so and reports anysuch attempted breaches
  • Monitors, manages andcontrols access of all vehicles onto the property and restricts andreports any attempted breaches by unauthorizedvehicles
  • The issuing and collection of allKeys
  • The issuing and collection of Securitypasses and ensures the safekeeping of any identification retainedfrom as deposits
  • Complete visitors/contractorslog books
  • Verify and file Property RemovalAuthorization
  • Controls access and egress intoany specific areas identified at sensitive duty posts
  • Monitor for and divert any unregistered gueststo reception
  • Together with relevant frontoffice colleagues monitors and controls traffic movement within theproperty
  • Control unauthorized parking to ensureparking only in designated areas
  • All relatedregisters and log books aremaintained

Theideal candidate for this position will have the followingexperience and qualifications:

  • Proficient in spoken and writtenbusiness English.
  • Effective communicationskills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
  • Minimum 2 year experience at a similarfacility.
