What youll be doing Design Develop andImplement APIs: Develop and maintain API connections between CRMsystems and thirdparty platforms. Webhooks Management: Createconfigure and manage webhooks for realtime communication betweenplatforms. Integrate CRMs with External Platforms: Build and manageintegrations between CRM systems and external tools (e.g. marketingautomation sales platforms and customer support tools).Troubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose and resolve issues related to APIintegrations and data flows between systems. Requirements
Are you the person weare looking for Fluent English verbal and written Bachelors degreein Computer Science Software Engineering or related field Relevantcertifications in API management or CRM platforms (preferred butnot required) Proven experience with API design and development(REST SOAP GraphQL) Strong understanding of webhooks and realtimecommunication protocols Expertise in working with popular CRMsystems (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho etc.) and integrating them withthirdparty platforms Proficiency in multiple programming languagescommonly used for API integration (e.g. JavaScript Python PHP RubyC#) Experience with OAuth JWT and API security protocols Strongunderstanding of API testing and monitoring tools Strong debuggingproblemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
