Digital Marketing Coordinator

- Tosupport the digital marketing team to create and manage campaignsacross all channels, including but not limited to SEO,pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and emailmarketing efforts.
- To update and maintainwebsites and micro-sites.
- Managing onlinelistings and respond guests' online feedback, creating apositive relationship with guests through online reputationplatforms.
- Working closely with internal teamand external partners to ensure campaign's KPIs areachieved across all channels.
- Staying updatedon the latest digital trends and best practices to continuallyimprove marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree in business, marketing, or a relatedfield.
- Prior experience in hospitality industryis a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketingefforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display,social media, and email marketing.
- Ability towork in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
CampaignManagement andExecution:
- Plan,create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across variouschannels, such as social media,email marketing, contentmarketing, PPCadvertising, andSEO.
- Monitorcampaign performance and make adjustments as needed to improveresults.
- Coordinate with other teams (contentcreators, designers, developers) to ensure campaigns are consistentandon-brand.
SocialMediaManagement:
- Manage andgrow the company's presence across social media platformslike Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,LinkedIn, andTikTok.
- Create andschedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performancethrough analytics tools.
- Develop social mediastrategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leadgeneration.
EmailMarketing:
- Create andmanage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters,promotions, and customer engagementemails.
- Segment email lists, craft compellingcopy, and design visually appealing emailtemplates.
- Analyze email campaign performance,including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates,and optimizeaccordingly.
ContentCreation andOptimization:
- Work withcontent creators to develop high-quality blog posts, websitecontent, landing pages, and other marketingmaterials.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuringit ranks well on search engines and drives organictraffic.
- Research industry trends and keywordsto improve content visibility andengagement.
SEOand SEM:
- Assist insearch engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve thewebsite's organic search ranking.
- Helpmanage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns like Google Ads,ensuring ads are targeted, effective, and withinbudget.
- Perform keyword research and implementon-page and off-page SEOstrategies.
Analyticsand Reporting:
- Usetools like Google Analytics,Social Media Insights, andSEO tools (e.g.,SEMrush,Moz) to track, analyze, and report ondigital marketing campaignperformance.
- Identify key metrics (KPIs) fordifferent marketing activities, such as website traffic, conversionrates, and engagement levels.
- Prepare reportsfor management, providing insights and recommendations based ondata.
Digital MarketingExpertise:
- In-depthknowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media,email marketing, SEO, and PPCadvertising.
- Experience with tools likeGoogle Analytics,Hootsuite,Buffer,Mailchimp, and GoogleAds.
- Ability to manage multiplecampaigns across different digital channelssimultaneously.
Creativityand ContentCreation:
- Strongwriting skills to create compelling, on-brand content for blogs,social media, emails, and other digitalplatforms.
- Ability to come up with creativeideas for campaigns that resonate with the target audience andalign with business objectives.
- Basic graphicdesign skills using tools like Canva,Adobe Photoshop, orIllustrator can be a plus for creatingvisually appealingcontent.
DataAnalysis andReporting:
- Ability totrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics toassess the success of digital marketingefforts.
- Proficiency in using analytics toolsto interpret data and derive actionableinsights.
- Strong attention to detail inanalyzing performance data and making data-drivendecisions.
SEOand SEMKnowledge:
- Experiencewith both on-page (keywordoptimization, meta descriptions, title tags) andoff-page (backlinks, social mediasignals) SEO strategies.
- Experience withGoogle Ads, FacebookAds, and other SEM platforms to create, manage, andoptimize paid search campaigns.
- Knowledge ofkeyword research, ranking factors, and SEO bestpractices.

- Strongorganizational skills to manage multiple campaigns andprojects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, setdeadlines, and work under pressure to meetdeadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communicationskills to collaborate with variousdepartments.

- Clear andconcise written and verbal communication skills for creatingengaging content and working with team members orclients.
