  7. 7. Develops and implements qualitymanagement strategy and plans including resource systems timescalesfinancials to support contribute to and integrate within theorganizations annual business plan and long termstrategy.

  9. 9. Develops and maintains systems tomeasure performance against establishedstandards.
  10. 10. Monitor performance (in relevantareas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action tocommunicate/advise/assist according to performancelevels.
  11. 11. Monitor andinform/communicate/apply standards created/maintained by externalbodies and integrate within internal quality managementsystems.

Qualifications:

  • Full compliancewith HACCP standards and certification
  • Degreein science in either biology or chemistry ormicrobiology
  • Minimum 10 years of relevantexperience in related field or MS degree in above subjects withminimum of 8 years experience in the relatedfield.
  • Strong understanding of environmentallaws regulations and best practices.
  • Analyticalskills with the ability to analyze data and develop improvementstrategies.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and teamcollaboration experience.
  • Lead Auditor orInternal Auditor Training in any one or all of the following areasthat include Quality Management System Environment ManagementSystem Occupational Health & Safety Management System orFood Safety Management System
  • Knowledge ofQuality Assurance/Quality Control Procedure of a wide range ofhotels operations including products and service qualityimprovements compliance with legal and statutory requirements aswell as control of learning and developmentactivities.
  • Experience in a QC Managementrole.
  • Experience in wide range of HSE riskmanagementrole
