We are seeking an ESG Consulting Manager / Senior Manager to support clients in developing and implementing sustainability and ESG strategies.

The ideal candidate has a consulting background with expertise in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and sustainable finance.

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with global and regional standards.
  • Support clients in sustainability reporting, impact assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide advisory on corporate governance, responsible investment, and ESG risk management.
  • Conduct ESG benchmarking, materiality analysis, and sustainability audits.
  • Guide businesses on decarbonization, circular economy, and sustainable supply chain initiatives.
  • Stay updated on ESG regulations, emerging trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive ESG initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality project execution.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in ESG consulting, corporate sustainability, or responsible investment.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, UN SDGs).
  • Experience advising corporate and public sector clients on sustainability strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in sustainable finance, climate risk assessment, and impact investing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CFA ESG Investing, SASB FSA, GRI Certified, LEED, ISSP, PRI Academy, TCFD Accreditation.
