Roles and responsibilities

To provide Quality leadership inimplementing Group quality objectives. Ensuring effectiveimplementation of the organisation's quality standards andprocedures. Monitor and guide quality trends and driveimplementation of suitable quality initiatives to mitigaterisk.

Main Responsibilities& Key ResultAreas

  • Provide QualityLeadership
  • Support and lead the implementationof all EnerMech Quality Management System procedures and guidesyour area of responsibility
  • Develop andimplement the EnerMech Quality Audit programme on an annual basisand ensure corrective actions are followedthrough
  • Be accountable to the QHSE Manager forthe delivery of Quality objectives
  • Support theorganization on Quality matters as the primary point ofcontact
  • Reviews and assesses requests forpre-qualification or tender, and compiles required documentation inpreparation for project deliverables - focus onQuality
  • Support the project management teams,engineering departments and business development personnel asappropriate regarding quality matters
  • Ensurethe business works in accordance with accredited standards such asISO 9001 & ASME
  • Prepares and maintainsrequired quality records and reports
  • Supportsline managers during Quality inspections, and manages internal,sub-contractor and third party audits
  • Improvethe behavioural aspects of Quality in theworkforce
  • Liaise with external bodies onQuality matters
  • Advise business lines to ensureclients' needs are met
  • Development oflearning and continuous improvement culture within theorganization
  • Drive the Quality auditingprotocol
  • Ensure all events which may occur arecaptured on the EnerMech internalsystems
  • Ensure progress on close out is drivenon all raised Quality events
  • Ensure all qualityaspects are implemented within your area ofresponsibility
  • Drive participation within theQuality management forums
  • Conduct the monthlyGroup Quality report against objectives
  • Ensurethe Quality management system is well implemented andmaintained
  • Participate and drive qualityaspects within the Abu Dhabi Workshop from receival todispatch
  • Ensure regular training is done withthe workforce and the quality system is wellunderstood
  • Develop / review and implement theQuality management flow including procedure
Desired candidate profile

Essential:

  • ISOAuditor certification
  • Qualityinspector
  • Team Leadershipexperience
  • Knowledgeable on the ISO 9001 andother relevant standards within the Quality field and related toEnerMech operations
  • Quality Management systemimplementation

Preferred:

  • NEBOSHdiploma (obtained or in progress)
  • Charteredmember of a HSEQ institute
