We are seeking an innovative and enthusiasticLearning Manager to join our team in Ras AlKhaimah United ArabEmirates. As a Learning Manager you will play a crucial role indriving our organizations learning and development initiativesfostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancingemployee performance across alllevels.

  • Design develop and implementcomprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goalsand objectives
  • Conduct thorough training needsassessments to identify skill gaps and areas forimprovement
  • Create and manage a diverse rangeof learning content including elearning modules instructorledtraining and blended learningsolutions
  • Collaborate with department heads andsubject matter experts to ensure training programs meet specificbusiness needs
  • Manage the learning managementsystem and maintain uptodate trainingrecords
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trainingprograms and implement improvements based on feedback and dataanalysis
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith external training providers andvendors
  • Stay current with industry trends andbest practices in learning anddevelopment
  • Coach and mentor employees tosupport their professional growth and careerdevelopment
  • Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and industry standards in trainingdelivery
  • Manage the training budget andresources effectively
  • Promote a positivelearning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuousimprovement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Education Human Resources or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience inlearning and development with at least 2 years in a managerial orsenior training role
  • Proven track record indesigning developing and delivering impactful trainingprograms
  • Strong leadership communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels ofthe organization
  • Proficiency in elearning authoring tools and Microsoft OfficeSuite
  • Indepth knowledge of adult learningprinciples instructional design methodologies and ability todevelop elearning content
  • Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple initiativesand adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstratedability to analyze training needs measure training effectivenessand drive continuous improvementinitiatives
  • Experience in managing trainingbudgets and resources effectively
  • Knowledge oflocal culture and business practices in the UAE with flexibility towork in a diverse teamenvironment
