Role Overview

The Azure Security Technical Architect is responsible fordelivering and implementing Azure solutions for their clients. TheTechnical Architect will design Azure solutions on IaaS and PaaSand will be comfortable presenting these solutions to clients inworkshops and demonstrations. The Technical Architect will managethe endtoend delivery working with other Architects and Consultantsto ensure their projects are delivered with time and quality a keyobjective. The Technical Architect will mentor junior members ofthe team and encourage a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

  • 8 years in cloud or infrastructure delivery
  • Proven experience with Azure Security (ZeroTrust Defender for Cloud Sentinel Azure AD AIP PIM PAM DLP CAIntune MDM SIEM CISM CSPM SecOps ITIL ISO27001 ISO9000 TOGAF).
  • Ideally background in on premisesinfrastructure virtualisation technologies or applications.
  • Proven experience with Azure IaaS (virtualmachines storage networking security).
  • Provenexperience with Azure Backup & Recovery Services.
  • Proven experience with Azure Governance(Blueprints policies tagging cost management).
  • Proven experience with Azure SQL Databases(Managed Instances PaaS IaaS).
  • Provenexperience with Azure Serverless and integration (Batch FunctionLogic Apps EventGrid).
  • Proven experience withAzure Containers (AKS ACI ACR).
  • Provenexperience with Active Directory (Azure AD Azure AD DS on premisesAD DS).
  • Experience with Windows ServerLinuxOS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code(ARM Bicep Terraform PowerShell).
  • Experiencewith identity network and systemsbased incident and event handling.

Responsibilities

  • Creating architectural designs based oncustomer requirements.
  • Deliver productpresentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability tomeet a prospects cloud adoption needs.
  • Presenting designs and solutions to clients.
  • Delivering Azure solutions and working withdelivery teams to ensure architectural governance is maintained.
  • Drive innovation by developing code base andautomated deployments.
  • Work on proposals andRFIs alongside the sales and presales teams.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for theteam.
  • Serve as a Technical Lead for a specificdomain within the capability.
