9.Problem-Solving

  • Handlingcustomer complaints, issues with orders, or discrepancies inpricing or inventory.
  • Finding solutions to anychallenges faced by the sales team or customers during the salesprocess.

10. SalesSupport

  • Assisting thesales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes,proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinating withother departments (such as logistics or finance) to ensure thetimely delivery and invoicing ofproducts.

11. InventoryManagement

  • Monitoringstock levels and coordinating with the warehouse or procurementteams to ensure products are available forsale.
  • Helping with inventory management andorder fulfillment.
