It requires identifying new clients, nurturing partner relationships, driving total system sales, coordinating marketing, and managing customer factory visits, ultimately building a strong sales network focused on the full product portfolio.What you'll be doing:Ensure track – close of specified projects within territoryIdentify and pursue sales opportunitiesDevelop excellent relationships with contractors and distributorsIdentify and develop new sales partners, wherever requiredManage spec breaking in projectsCollaborating as a team with Internal Sales and Technical SupportTimely & accurate reportingTrack competitor activities and reportWhat we'd love for you to have:Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of building materials and their applications.Educational: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design; MBA a plus.Sales Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.Project Management: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently.Software Proficiency: Competent in MS Office Suite.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Team Player Mindset: Highly motivated, collaborative, and team oriented.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, and maintains a polite and professional demeanor.We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviors, and values.
