Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end toend projects (ideally in the ERP sector) for medium to largeclients. Previous handson experience in ERP implementations will beconsidered an advantage;
- Professionalaccreditation in a recognized project delivery methodology such asScrum Master Certification Prince 2 or PMI. Candidates whocompleted such certification training will also beconsidered;
- Excellent presentationskills;
- Proven experience in deliveringprojects applying Agile Methodologies and excellent knowledge onDevOps;
- Strong time management teamfacilitation stakeholder management and organisationalskills;
- Ability to influence and motivateothers;
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills;
- Experience with analysingcomplex issues and delivering appropriatesolutions;
- Excellent conflict resolutionskills;
- Ability to travel sometimes on shortnotice;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics willbe considered an asset;
- Experience on other ERPplatforms will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- This position calls for an organised andpragmatic individual who will be managing client implementationsand assisting in presales activities. The Project Manager will alsobe:
- Determining the implementation method to beused on the project;
- Monitoring tracking andreporting on project progress;
- Preparingproject communication plans;
- Preparing andmanaging risk and quality managementplans;
- Managing the projects constraintsincluding scope time budget quality risk andresources;
- Providing status reports toexecutive sponsors and other stakeholders asrequired;
- Leading the project team and handlingHR related issues.
- The employee is required tofollow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) atall times.
