The Personal Shopper will beresponsible for establishing, maintaining and growing a portfolioof customers, delivering outstanding sales-driven results whileensuring excellent customer experience andservice.

ROLEPROFILE

  • Recruit (monthly target) and retaincustomers for THAT Concept Store.
  • Build arelationship with top tier customers in order to strengthen brandand personal Loyalty.
  • Identify the needs of thecustomer and recommend a range of products to choose from in orderto arrive at an appropriate buyingdecision.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets areachieved across categories.
  • Ensure that salesleads are identified and prioritized as well as create andimplement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets aremet.
  • Work closely with Buying, Planning andDigital Merchandising teams to ensure maximum knowledge offorthcoming stock availability to for customerbenefit.
  • Providing support to the customer careteam to resolve VIP customers' issues asnecessary.
  • Follow networking strategies inorder to develop and enhance clientbase.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or bachelor’sdegree in any related field, preferably inFashion.
  • 3-5 years retail experience of luxurybrands.
  • At least 3 years of experience aspersonal shopper/stylist.
  • Must have a blackbook.
  • Excellent CommunicationSkills.
  • FluentEnglish.
