  • Collaboratewith internal teams to clarify and address procurementrequirements.

5.VendorEvaluation:

  • Conductperiodic vendor evaluations to assess performance andreliability.

  • Identifyand onboard alternative suppliers to enhance service levels ormitigaterisks.

6.Compliance andDocumentation:

  • Ensureall procurement operations comply with legal and regulatoryrequirements.

  • Maintaindetailed records of contracts purchase orders invoices and supplierdata.

7.Collaboration:

  • Workclosely with departments such as Operations Finance and Stores tomeet procurementneeds.

  • Shareprocurement best practices and collaborate with peers to optimizestrategies.



RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or arelatedfield.

  • Provenexperience as a Procurement Buyer within the FM (FacilityManagement)industry.

  • Excellentnegotiation and communicationskills.

  • Proficiencyin sourcing and vendor management tools (e.g. ERPsystems).

  • Strongunderstanding of supply chain processes market research and costanalysis.

  • Abilityto manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.

  • Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).


PreferredSkills

  • Certificationin procurement (e.g. CIPP or equivalent) is highlydesirable.

  • Familiaritywith UAE procurement regulations andpractices.

  • Stronganalytical skills with a problemsolvingapproach.
