This position requires a flexible individual who is analytical and possesses strong communication skills.   • Lead and motivate the team to generate new ideas and create efficiencies
  • Create weekly dashboards to review and track progress on the team's metrics
  • Provide in-depth analysis to management where the team fell short on internal/external SLA's, along with proposed remediation plans to correct going forward
  • Organize, construct and present key performance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI) to management and senior management as the overall team owner
  • Monitor FreshDesk (mail flow system) response times across the team to ensure client obligations are being met on time
  • Audit emails with attachments to ensure the correct recipient to eliminate data breaches
  • Keep track of Integration Utility (internal software system) daily to make sure assets are subscribed and updated to help prevent delays in processing
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team to share knowledge and create accountability
  • Provide detailed processing guidance to others on the team to help support analytical development
  • Support team members with client calls and provide feedback on how to improve and build client relationships
  • Represent their team in the internal Ideas Committee board, collecting product and process improvements from all team members; help prioritize enhancements to be in line with WSO Product Board roadmap and overall team strategy

Compensation/Benefits Information
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,846.00 to $110,130.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • Accounting / Finance Major preferred
  • WSO/LoanIQ/Syndicated Loan experience between 2-5 years

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • WSO loans processing knowledge
  • Leadership experience between 2 – 10 years
