General Technician

We are seeking a skilled and versatileGeneral Technician to join our team. As a key member of ourmaintenance department you will be responsible for ensuring thesmooth operation of various mechanical electrical and plumbing(MEP) systems throughout ourfacility.
- Inspect clean maintain andrepair all MEP systems on the premises
- Performpreventive maintenance procedures and utilize test equipmenteffectively
- Maintain electrical systems andlighting throughout the facility
- Service andrepair HVAC units and systems
- Troubleshoot andfix nonoperational equipment promptly
- Conductchemical tests for boilers chillers motors and other relevantsystems
- Manage inventory of parts and materialsin the maintenance shop
- Collaborate with teammembers to ensure efficient completion oftasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and localbuilding codes and regulations
- Respond tocustomer requests and maintenance emergencies in a timelymanner
- Document all maintenance activities andupdate records in the maintenance managementsystem
Qualifications:
- Provenexperience as a General Technician or in a similarrole
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems includingHVAC electrical and plumbing
- Proficiency inpreventive maintenance procedures and use of testequipment
- Excellent troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills
- Familiarity withinventory management and partsordering
- Proficient in English language (verbaland written communication)
- Ability to multitaskand work efficiently under pressure in a fastpacedenvironment
- Detailoriented with strongorganizational skills
- Technical certificationsin HVAC electrical systems or related fields(preferred)
- Knowledge of safety protocols andcompliance requirements
- Basic computer skillsfor using maintenance managementsystems
- Previous experience in a 5star hotel(preferred)
