- Role Purpose TheOnboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-endonboarding process for employees across the GCC region, ensuring asmooth and engaging experience. This includes managing onboardingfor employees at all levels, ensuring compliance with UAE laborlaws, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieveseamless outcomes.

- What's on the menu?(Duties & Responsibilities)
This role will take direction fromthe Line manager and any other team member assigned by the linemanager or HOD. Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage thefull onboarding lifecycle for employees across all levels (seniormanagement to entry level), ensuring timely execution andcompliance while continuously looking for learning opportunities toimprove the onboarding experience.
- New EmployeeOrientation: Organize and conduct orientation sessions tofamiliarize new hires with the company's culture, values,and policies, using feedback to refine session content and deliveryfor maximum impact.
- Documentation and GR Check:Ensure accurate collection, verification, and management ofdocuments based on nationality and regional requirements,proactively addressing potential issues and suggesting improvementsto the process.
- Compliance: Ensure work permit,and labor law compliance in all processes, tracking progress tomeet SLA targets while adjusting priorities to ensure criticalobjectives are met.
- System Proficiency: Usetools such as Google-Suite, Jira, Workday, Looker, and Tableau totrack and report onboarding activities while identifyingopportunities to optimize system usage for improved teamperformance.
- Surveys and Feedback: Design andadminister surveys to evaluate onboarding effectiveness andimplement process improvements, actively seeking feedback fromstakeholders to enhanceprocesses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT,People Partners, and other departments to ensure new hires receivenecessary tools, access, and support, collaborating effectivelywith team members and offering guidance to juniorcolleagues.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage withinternal and external stakeholders to align onboarding activitieswith organizational goals, taking responsibility for solvingcustomer issues and sharing insights to improve theexperience.
- Reporting and Tracking: Maintainand present onboarding data, ensuring SLAs for key processes aremet, and regularly evaluate progress against objectives to deliverhigh impact.
- Public Speaking and Training:Confidently deliver presentations and engage new hires duringonboarding sessions, using judgment to address challenges andprovide solutions that enhance teamperformance.
- Project Management: Lead andcontribute to projects aimed at streamlining and enhancingonboarding processes regionally, ensuring alignment with team goalsand taking proactive steps when actions do not lead to the desiredoutcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+years of experience in onboarding, Core Peopleoperations
- Data analysis project managementskills.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws,visa processing, and work permitmanagement.
- Experience working with diverseteams and stakeholders across regions.
Skills andattributes:
- Proficiency in GSuite, Jira, Workday,Looker, and Tableau.
- Strong organizational,project management, communication, and public speakingskills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinkingcapabilities, with the ability to proactively identify and addresschallenges.
- Attention to detail and ability tomanage multiple tasks while prioritizing high-impactobjectives.
- Ability to build relationships andcollaborate effectively with team members, offering guidance toothers while seeking growthopportunities.
