Accountabilities

  • Application Administration &Development: Effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, fix bugs andmalfunctions independently or in coordination with the vendorappropriately to prevent system down. Prepares necessary technicaldocumentation describing resolution processes for new problems toensure that knowledge base remains updated for futurereferences.
  • Process Enhancement: Support thesenior specialist to improve operational efficiency, decreaseturnaround times and streamline work processes. Work cooperativelyor jointly to provide quality seamless customer service to allstakeholders. Conduct research on applications versions latestreleases, services, standards and best practices to appropriatelyrecommend application to the seniorspecialist.
  • End User Training: In coordinationwith the senior specialist conduct systems trainings for new users,refresher for existing and other functional training forintroducing new application or application enhancement to ensurecomplete understanding for appropriate utilization of theapplication by the user. Prepare process flow diagrams and draftsuser manuals to ensure that clear guidelines are available tousers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strongworking relationship with vendors, technical team and consultantsto ensure that appropriate timely support is extended for fixingmalfunction and enhancement requirements. Work closely withexternal consultants for system set up and configuration at serverlevel to ensure smooth system upgrade.
  • ProjectManagement: Support the Senior Administrator on applicationsdevelopment and enhancement related projects for the purpose ofcompleting projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Ensure objectives are met in time and standard quality results aredelivered.

Desired candidate profile
  • Automotive application has Autoline (kerridge)application that runs across the Automotive Division of the Groupaccessed by approximately 600+ users across all levels from GMs toTechnicians. This Automotive Dealer Management System includesmajor modules as After Sales, Vehicle Sales, Stock Management,Marketing, CRM, Finance and advanced analysis (BusinessIntelligence/Reporting).

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree incomputer engineering / science.

Experience

  • 4+ years of minimum experience inInformation Technology; out of which 4 years of experience inDealer Management System – Autoline (Kerridge)administration and/or support.
  • Experience inAutoline Manufacturer Systems like X-Entry, MIAS, VDH, VESknowledge.
  • Document Management like Laser netand preferable Planet press.
