- Je beheert een specifiek debiteurenportfolio, telefoneert met, stuurt brieven en mails naar niet-betalende klanten in opvolging van onze actieplanning
- Naast je voorliefde voor het opvolgen van de klantendossiers, schrikt het jou ook niet af om administratieve problemen tot in detail uit te pluizen en in kaart te brengen
- Je ondersteunt de Teamleader Credit & Collections bij ad hoc taken.
- Een eerste ervaring in debiteurenbeheer is nodig
- Je bent vertrouwd met Word & Excel. Kennis van een ERP pakket en Oracle in het bijzonder is mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent hands-on en communicatief sterk
- Je bent vlot tweetalig N-E of N-F ; kennis van bijkomende talen is uiteraard een pluspunt
- Je combineert stressbestendigheid met doorzettingsvermogen
