Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a system support role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Professional certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, ITIL, VMware, CCNA/CCIE, Juniper Networks Certified (JNCIS-SEC), CompTIA A, CISSP, CAPM.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong experience with storage architecture and administration.
  • Analytical skills and report preparation abilities.
