KeyAccountabilities:

Operations

  • Manage and follow-up enquiries(general product info, proforma invoice/letter of credit, samplerequests, product availability)
  • Receive andprocess orders and managing the order-to-cashprocess
  • Prepare full set of shippingdocuments
  • Be first contact in case of emergencyor complaint
  • Manage correction process (goodsreturn, credit/debit note requests) and otherreturns
  • Coordinate with business units and workas a team with supply chain, finance, creditetc.

  • Proactively identify, propose andimplement improvements to systems & processes to achievequality and efficiency

Customer

  • Identify customer needs and resolveimmediate issues or highlight it to a higher level ofauthority
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship withkey customers
  • Coordinates specific work taskswith other personnel within the department as well as with otherdepartments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow ofinformation

Interfaces

  • Serve as a communication link betweencustomers and other departments

  • Cooperate with, participate in, andsupport the adherence to all internal policies, procedures andpractices in support of risk management and overall safety andsoundness and the company compliance with all regulatoryrequirements
Desired candidate profile
  • Minimum Diploma up to BachelorDegree
  • Fresh graduates with Bachelor in SupplyChain or related are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum3 years of relevant experience in customer service/orderfulfilment
  • Good spoken/written communicationskills in English
  • Experience in servicing theAsia Pacific region
  • Knowledge and understandingof transportation modes (air/sea), the freight forwarder industry,export documentation, government regulations and export controlsrequirements
  • Experience with Letter of Creditsreading and execution of documents tobanks
  • Good understanding of manufacturingscheduling and lead times.
  • Concern for orderquality accuracy
  • Excellent SAP andspreadsheet/document software interfacingskills
  • Good planning, analytical, interpersonaland enjoy challenges
  • Team player and customerorientation
  • Able to work in a multi-culturalteam environment
  • Cultural awareness of thecountries served
