  • Drive Market Share and RevenuePerformance through proper pricing and mix management usingcompetitive reports.
  • Closely monitorcompetitive pricing and understand the impact of pricing decisionson property performance.
  • Develop overallpricing strategy to include all market segments and distributionchannels.
  • Provide guidance on corporatetransient, group & wholesalepricing.
  • Ensure effective pricing strategies toreflect asset strength relative to thecompetition.
  • Ensure compliance to the Best RateGuarantee.
  • Effectively manage and be in controlof all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and other)and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including brandedweb, 3rd party sites and the GDS.
  • Responsiblefor effective implementation and compliance with Kempinski RevenueManagement Standards.
  • Maintain accuracy andtimely entry of all relevant data insystems.
  • Review and analyze data on an ongoingbasis.
  • Pro-actively identify need periods andprepare a need period plan, in cooperation with hotel Sales& Marketing, & Corporate/Regionalresources.
  • Ensure all distribution channels arereturning appropriate availability and pricing for the following365 days.
  • Ensure that the department number 2is fully able to complete the forecast, run a Revenue meeting,manage all daily tasks, and can manage all aspects of reservations(cut off dates, rooming lists, guestcomplaints).
  • Complete understanding andeffective execution of current and new Revenue Management tools,including IDEAS, EZ Yield, Opera, and any new/similar tools orreports developed in 2010 andonwards.
  • Compliance to Kempinski standards forRate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segments, Profiles and allother PMS related Revenue Managementfunctionalities.
  • Clearly communicate to hotelteam the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenueand improve performance.
